5 Lush Products I Can't Do Without

As you can probably tell, I use these quite a bit. Yep, I am a full blown Lushie, and I'm not sorry if that makes me basic. Quite frankly, I use a ton of Lush products, but these happy to be my current top  five.

Angels On Bare Skin I love this face wash! It's gentle, it smells good, and it leaves my face looking radiant. Before I started using Lush, I was trying out all sorts of facial cleansers (drugstore and beauty store) with zero luck for my sensitive skin. AOBS was the first product I ever tried from Lush, and I can't be more happy with the results I have seen in my skin since using this product. This is definitely a mild exfoliant/cleanser, meaning it won't take off your make up, so just be sure you do that prior to using it. It's very gentle and made for sensitive skin, however the main ingredients are almonds and lavender, so if you have an allergy to those you should obviously avoid using this.

The New Charity Pot With fair trade shea butter being a main ingredient how could you say no? This stuff smells heavenly, any time I am wearing it people always ask "What smells so good?" and I am just like, "Me. It's definitely me".  I am not much of a chocolate smell kind of gal, so when they made the change from the old Charity Pot to this new subtle floral scent, I was very pleased. This stuff with take moisturizing your skin to a whole new level, you only need to apply it once in the morning and you'll feel smooth 'til tomorrow. I have a slight addiction to the charity pot and tend to carry it around with me almost everywhere I go. Besides getting super soft skin, you will also be sending 100% of the price to small organizations around the world, hence the name Charity Pot.

BB Seaweed If you invest in any product this Summer, it should be this one. This mask is packed with Seaweed (duh), honey, aloe vera gel, olive oil, and rose; all the essentials needed to help aid your skin, especially after you spend time under the sun. This is a product that needs to be refrigerated, but personally, I love when cold things are placed on my face, plus the cold helps to reduce any swelling--I tend to get swelling in my cheek area and underneath my eyes when I'm exhausted or dehydrated.

Cosmetic Lad Like the Charity Pot, this too goes anywhere I go. This stuff is great if you're looking for something that moisturizes, but won't leave your face oily. If you're lucky like me and have neutral skin and only suffer from blemishes from time to time, then you might want to give this product a go. I apply this every morning before applying my make up, anytime after I remove my makeup, and if needed before bed.

93,000 Miles I was skeptical about trying this product, just because of how Lush was advertising the product as being something to use to soothe your muscle aches. I thought it was just a selling gimmick, but after trying it, I realized that I should just never doubt Lush. Oddly enough it does relieve some aches and pains. I crave this wash after a good workout at the gym. I'm not sure if it's the aroma that helps alleviate my pain by relaxing me, but I feel better after using it.  On days when I know I am going to come home more sore than usual, I'll pop the jelly in my freezer and take it out when I am ready to shower. If you're anything like me and you love the smell of cinnamon and peppermint together, then you'll love this shower jelly

I can sit here and talk about Lush products all day, but let me just tell you guys that my husband has tried every single one of the products above and he has also loved them--yes, even the face mask.  What are some of your favorite Lush products?

  1. Great post! I haven't ventured much into their products yet. I usually get bath bombs. These all sound lovely. I'll keep them in mind when I go to Lush.
